The One-Year Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPEx) at IIM Mumbai is a full-time, residential MBA programme designed for experienced professionals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and capabilities essential for managing and leading organizations. The placement outcomes so far for the MBA–PGPEx 2025–26 cohort indicate strong market acceptance of the program’s executive talent pool. With strong academic foundation from NITs, BITS, ICAI, and more, the programme participants are aligned to lead diverse portfolio across Strategy & Consulting, Product Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management, IT & Digital Transformation, Finance & Financial Services, Program & Project Management

The very first batch of the programme is witnessing great participation from legacy IIM Mumbai recruiters indicating healthy momentum early in the placement season. Students have secured mid to senior level roles aligned with the executive positioning of the programme across BFSI, Consulting, Technology, and transformation-focused organisations.

The roles offered so far include Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager, Associate Manager, Business Consultant, Implementation Coach, and Sourcing Lead, reflecting functional diversity across strategy, operations, consulting, and sourcing domains. Recruiter participation includes organisations such as Axis Bank, ITC Infotech, Accenture Operations, Genpact, McKinsey & Company, and GEP, with repeat engagement from several recruiters underscoring continued industry confidence in the cohort. Compensation outcomes for the cohort remain robust and competitive. With placements underway and additional recruiter engagements progressing, we anticipate a continued strengthening of outcomes in the weeks ahead.
