Dr. Abhijit Deshmukh is an emeritus professor and the former Head of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University in United States. He has significantly contributed to manufacturing, decision-making, and complex systems. His research interests are in distributed decision-making, system complexity, mechanism design, healthcare policy, and cyberinfrastructure for engineering applications. Dr. Deshmukh received a PhD from the School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University.

Dr. Archana Hingorani

Dr. Archana Hingorani is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner and non-executive Director at Siana Capital Management. She serves as a Board Member at Zumutor Biologics. She served as a Board Member at PNB MetLife India Insurance Company. She was a Board Member at Ramky. She also served as the Board Member at IL&FS Education and Technology Services. She was appointed as a Director on December 22, 2006. She holds a Masters's degree in business administration and a Ph.D. in corporate finance from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. She has over 26 years of experience in financial services, teaching, and research, focusing on private equity, project finance, and financial restructuring and specializing in infrastructure, manufacturing, and more recently real estate projects. She is one of the founding members of IL&FS's private equity business and has been associated with the IL&FS group of companies for the last 16 years in various capacities.
Prof. Boaz Golany
Former VP-Research, Dean of IE, Technion, Israel
Dr. Boaz Golany is a Professor in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management (IE&M) and the holder of the Samuel Gorney Chair in Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. His research is in the areas of Operations Management including efficiency and effectiveness analysis, supply chain management, project management and resource allocation in various areas including counterterrorism and homeland security. Prof. Golany received a PhD from the Business School of the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded the Naor Prize and the Levy Award from the Israeli Operations Research Society, the Yigal Alon Fellowship from the Israeli Education Ministry and the Technion Academic Excellence Award.
Prof. Bopaya Bidanda
Ernest Professor, Former Department Head, University of Pittsburgh, USA
Dr. Bopaya Bidanda holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.S. in Science & Technology from Western Carolina University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (formerly KREC - Surathkal, University of Mysore). He is currently the Ernest E. Roth Professor and Chairman of the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh. He has co-published two books with McGraw Hill (Automated Factory Handbook and Shared Manufacturing), in addition to over 100 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. His research is in the area of manufacturing systems with a special focus on Cellular Manufacturing, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, New Product Development, Production Systems, Rapid Prototyping, Reverse Engineering, and Shared Manufacturing.
Prof. Chin-Yin Huang

Dr. Chin-Yin Huang holds a bachelor’s in industrial engineering from Tunghai University, Taiwan, and earned both a master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA. He is a professor and dean of Industrial Engineering, Tunghai University, Taiwan. His research interests encompass Healthcare Management, Clinical Data Analysis, Distributed Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing Process Optimization, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Notably, he serves as the Chairman of the International Foundation for Production Research-Asia Pacific Region since December 2010, showcasing leadership and influence in the field.

Dr. Lizhi Wang is an endowed Chair on the faculty of Industrial Engineering at Oklahoma State University. His research areas of interest are Operation research and more specifically in bilevel optimization. His application areas are in Plant breeding, Crop modelling, Data Analytics, Digital twins, etc. He received a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from University of Pittsburgh.

He was recipient of Campus Technology Innovator’s Award in 2015 and Wright State University’s Graduate of Last Decade award in 2014. Dr. Prabhala also hold a patent in the field of consumer electronics. He is the Executive Director for Strategic Information and Business Intelligence at Wright state University. Before joining WSU, he worked at the Intel Corporation for eight years, where he drove research and development activities towards building technology innovations for Intel’s next generation of products and services.
