For Mariners
Graduate with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from any university, a minimum of 2 years of seafaring experience after obtaining the first Certificate of Competency.
For non-Mariners
Graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience after graduation.
