IIM Mumbai welcomes graduate management students and undergraduate scholars from partner institutions worldwide. Below are the comprehensive academic guidelines, nomination procedures, document requirements, and evaluation policies.
To do a term at IIMM, one should be currently an MBA student or equivalent in a post programme or BS/BBA student or equivalent in undergraduate programme. He/She must have completed the foundation course at the home institution.
Each of our courses has 30 contact hours corresponding to 3 credits.
All our classes are conducted in English.
Exchange Coordinator of host university should send us formal nomination through link provided with studentβs details such as student first name, last name, valid email id and current degree etc.
We will send a letter of acceptance, visa request letter and information package once we hear from the exchange coordinator.
IIMM electives cover a wide array of topics like Economics, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations Management. Students follow a bidding system to select the elective courses of their interest.
At IIM Mumbai, the evaluation is an ongoing process that includes assignments, quizzes, project work, seminar presentations, viva-voce, mid-term tests, and final exams.

The performance in a Module is assessed through the Module Grade Point Average (MGPA), which is determined by the weighted average of grade points earned in all courses within that Module.

At IIM Mumbai, the academic year consists of three terms, each with its own set of courses. The exact beginning & end dates of the term will be communicated in the acceptance letters.
