About the Program
In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organizations are expected to solve complex problems, improve customer experience, innovate faster, and respond effectively to market uncertainty. Traditional problem-solving approaches often focus on efficiency and internal processes, whereas modern organizations increasingly require human-centric, creative, collaborative, and iterative approaches.
Design Thinking is a structured yet flexible problem-solving methodology that helps executives understand user needs, redefine business problems, generate innovative solutions, prototype ideas, and test them before large-scale implementation. It is widely used across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, education, banking, IT, public services, infrastructure, retail, and consulting.
This three-day Management Development Program is designed for industry executives from different sectors who wish to apply Design Thinking for innovation, process improvement, service design, product development, customer experience enhancement, and organizational transformation. The program will combine conceptual learning, sectoral examples, case discussions, hands-on exercises, group activities, and prototype development.
