Introduction to Corporate Governance, Principles and Frameworks, Importance and Benefits, Regulatory Environment in India, Key Regulations and Compliance Requirements in ESG -Environment, Social and Governance Aspects, Role of SEBI, MCA, and other Regulatory Bodies, Board Structure and Functions, Composition, Roles, and Responsibilities, Best Practices in Board Management, Ethical Leadership and Decision Making
Day 2: Sustainability in Corporate Strategy
Key Concepts and Importance, Global Trends and Practices,
Integrating Sustainability into Business Strategy, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting [ BRSR by SEBI] Leading and Essential Performance Indicators. Risk and Opportunity mapping exercise, Sustainable Finance and Investment, ESG Investing and Reporting, Green Finance Instruments, Sustainability Reporting, GRI, SASB, and Integrated Reporting Frameworks
Day 3: Advanced Topics
Risk Management and Corporate Governance, Identifying and Mitigating Risks, Role of the Board in Risk Oversight, Stakeholder Engagement and Communication, Identifying and Managing Stakeholders, Effective Communication Strategies, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), CSR Strategies and Implementation.
