Day 1: Foundations for an Intelligent Enterprise
• Session 1 : Understanding the Intelligent Enterprise
o Defining the intelligent enterprise: Characteristics, benefits, and goals.
o Challenges faced by traditional enterprises: Data silos, outdated processes, lack of agility.
o Exploring the role of technology in driving intelligence: AI, ML, IoT, automation.
o Role of Enterprise Systems in an Intelligent Enterprise


•Session 2 : Innovation and Digital Transformation
o The need for digital transformation: Adapting to changing market dynamics and customer expectations.
o Key pillars of digital transformation: People, processes, technology, data.
o Strategies for successful digital transformation: Leadership, culture, experimentation, agility.


• Session 3 & 4 : Digital and Cyber-Physical Systems
o Introduction to cyber-physical systems: Integration of physical processes with digital technologies.
o Applications of cyber-physical systems in the enterprise: Manufacturing, supply chain, product development.
o Data collection and analysis in cyber-physical systems: Sensors, IoT devices, real-time analytics.
o Case Study discussion


Day 2: Analytics and the Intelligent Enterprise
• Session 5 : Introduction to Data Analytics
o Types of data: Structured, unstructured, semi-structured.
o The data analytics process: Collection, preparation, analysis, visualization, interpretation.
o Essential data analytics tools and techniques: Descriptive statistics, regression, clustering, classification.


• Session 6 & 7: Leveraging Analytics for Intelligent Decisions
o Applying analytics to different business functions: Marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR.
o Case studies: Real-world examples of organizations using analytics to drive growth and efficiency.


• Session 8 : Technology decision for intelligent enterprise
o The future of the intelligent enterprise: Emerging trends and technologies.
o Discussions with Participants: Q&A, interactive activities, reflections.

This course is designed for professionals at all levels who want to understand and harness the power of digital transformation and data analytics to drive their organizations forward.

    • Single occupancy AC rooms in the MDP hostel
      Check-in and check-out time: The earliest check-in time 3.00 pm (one day before program commencement
      The latest checkout time is 10.00 am (one day after program completion)
    • Tea, breakfast, Lunch, dinner in working hrs.

    Non Residential participants:

    • Breakfast, Working Lunch, tea & snacks
  2. Refund policy

    Fees once paid can be adjusted for 1 financial year against future nominations only. In case a course is canceled on account of inadequate participation or any other unforeseeable reasons, the participants will be informed of the cancellation by e-mail or Fax and the fee will be refunded. IIM Mumbai will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the company or the participant. Any transaction fee will not be refunded.
