Public Procurement is a broad and essential function encompassing the entire procurement cycle, from identifying needs to successfully concluding contracts. Within this cycle, Project Management and Contract Management are critical for ensuring smooth and effective procurement activities.
Project and Contract Managers often find it more efficient to resolve disputes during contract implementation through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, avoiding lengthy court proceedings. Enhancing organisational knowledge and skills in these areas can lead to higher performance, streamlined processes, timely project completion, and successful contract implementation.
In light of this, we are pleased to announce that the Institute is organizing a comprehensive one-week training program on "Public Procurement, including Project and Contract Management and ADR with Technical Support from the World Bank". This program will be at our state-of- the-art IIM Mumbai campus, from November 11 to November 15, 2024.
