Women in Government: Program for Emerging Leaders is a unique and intensive leadership program designed to promote the advancement of talented and motivated women into leadership roles in various Government departments. Ultimately, the goal is to create a pipeline of empowered women leaders in the government who are well-prepared to drive positive change and innovation for the country.

Day 2: Persuasive and High Impact Communication
Day 3: Managing Relationships
Day 4: Effective Leadership
Day 5: Building Boundaries
All AIS (IAS, IPS and IFoS) Officers and organized Group 'A' Officers of such Central Civil Services with minimum 4 years of service as on April 1, 2025 (up to 2020 batch), officers working under the Central Staffing Scheme in the Governement of India and Officers of Central Secretariat Service and Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (of the level of DS/Sr. PPS and above are eligible.
Individual Registration
All AIS (IAS, IPS and IFoS) Officers and organized Group 'A' Officers of such Central Civil Services with minimum 4 years of service as on April 1, 2025 (up to 2020 batch), officers working under the Central Staffing Scheme in the Governement of India and Officers of Central Secretariat Service and Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (of the level of DS/Sr. PPS and above can nominate themselves on the portal of DoPT
