About the Program:
What does it mean to change something truly? How does one persuade others to change? How do we reduce roadblocks to change? Leaders, in order to lead change, need to re-examine how they lead, communicate goals, organise their teams, influence others, track progress, measure success, and enable high performance. As the change begins with self, the flow of change can be articulated across different levels within the organisations and society.
This course is designed to enable participants to understand the processes from reflective personal to organisational change and to equip them with the conceptual tools required to make purposeful growth and success, based on research and proven methodologies.
Pedagogy:
The programme will involve case and scenario-based discussion. The pedagogy would include introspection, reflection and sharing of participants' own experiences. The application of ideas discussed through brainstorming in break-out groups would enrich participants’ learning.
