About the Program:

The questions strategic leaders are facing are: how to lead an organization in such uncertain circumstances? How to navigate an organizational crisis? How to bring clarity in the moments of ambiguity. Therefore, leaders should respond to any crisis by creating a strong foothold on clarifying purpose, associating, communicating, and supporting stakeholders, and building strong emotional and organizational resilience.

Relevance of a training program for professionals

The training will be very effective for senior management professionals because they are leaders in their work domain. They are involved in the' human, material, and financial resources' administration. The uncertain crisis times are usually unprecedented, and the robust system may not work; therefore, the leader will have to create a new system quickly by engaging stakeholders. Leaders under such circumstances will share short-term organizational goals, which should align with the organization's purpose. The training program will help leaders understand the needs of the hour and respond efficiently.

Residential participants:

  • Single occupancy AC rooms in the MDP hostel
    Check-in and check-out time: The earliest check-in time 3.00 pm (one day before program commencement
    The latest checkout time is 10.00 am (one day after program completion)
  • Tea, breakfast, Lunch, dinner in working hrs.

Non Residential participants:

    • Breakfast, Working Lunch, tea & snacks

Registration Terms & Conditions:

A. Upon payment of program fees registrations are tentatively confirmed. The final confirmation on the commencement of the program shall be communicated latest 2 weeks before (offline program) & 1 week before (online program) for the scheduled start date of the program.
B. Refund policy
Fees once paid can be adjusted up to 1 financial year against future nominations only. In case a course is canceled on account of inadequate participation or any other unforeseeable reasons, the participants will be informed of the cancellation by e-mail or Fax and the fee will be refunded. IIM Mumbai will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the company or the participant. Any transaction fee will not be refunded.

C. IIM Mumbai is not responsible for any other expenses borne by the participants due to rescheduling/cancellation of its MDPs
