About the Program:

The implications of Sustainability Reporting, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Compliance Management and (Environment Social & Governance) ESG Frameworks on corporate performance has high significance today. Sustainability is being used to manage risks and disruptions in the unprecedented times. Sustainability performance of the firm is a function of ESG and EHS and alignment of the corporate strategies instrumental in meeting the triple bottom line. This Programme will help the participants to understand and meet the various Sustainability Reporting requirements and Environmental and Safety compliance requirements towards license to operate and help in implementing ESG frameworks.

Safety and Environmental Compliance • Compliances for Environmental and Safety Management • Mapping obligations and responsibilities of corporates for legal requirements • Water and Air Acts, Factories Act with focus on chapter 4 on safety, The Environment Protection Act with rules specifically the MSIHC rules, Public Liabilities Insurance Act, CSR Regulations • Interpretation through Case law exercises .

A. Upon payment of program fees registrations are tentatively confirmed. The final confirmation on the commencement of the program shall be communicated latest 2 weeks before (offline program) & 1 week before (online program) for the scheduled start date of the program.
B. Refund policy
Fees once paid can be adjusted up to 1 financial year against future nominations only. In case a course is canceled on account of inadequate participation or any other unforeseeable reasons, the participants will be informed of the cancellation by e-mail or Fax and the fee will be refunded. IIM Mumbai will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the company or the participant. Any transaction fee will not be refunded.

C. IIM Mumbai is not responsible for any other expenses borne by the participants due to rescheduling/cancellation of its MDPs
