About the Program:

The dynamics of technological, environmental, market/social, political, and regulatory factors is making the current business environment complex, there by adding burden on organizations to stay relevant, competitive and achieve business excellence. By channelling the power of data analytics and advanced qualitative and quantitative tools, firms can identify numerous growth opportunities to drive innovation and successfully address these disruptions. Data-driven business and innovation analytics can aid in forecasting the market potential for growth and increased impact. The program focuses on building capabilities on successful innovation through data driven approach and reducing the state of uncertainty fast, giving early warning signs and address where and when trade-offs must be made for business excellence.

 

Pedagogy:

The program will be based on “EXPERENTIAL LEARNING”. We will use case studies, discussions, exercises, and presentations to enhance active learning through group and Individual hands-on exercises.

A. Upon payment of program fees registrations are tentatively confirmed. The final confirmation on the commencement of the program shall be communicated latest 2 weeks before (offline program) & 1 week before (online program) for the scheduled start date of the program.
B. Refund policy
Fees once paid can be adjusted up to 1 financial year against future nominations only. In case a course is canceled on account of inadequate participation or any other unforeseeable reasons, the participants will be informed of the cancellation by e-mail or Fax and the fee will be refunded. IIM Mumbai will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the company or the participant. Any transaction fee will not be refunded.

C. IIM Mumbai is not responsible for any other expenses borne by the participants due to rescheduling/cancellation of its MDPs
