Conducting the Program
Class Schedule:
- Classes will be conducted in physical mode at IIM Mumbai campus.
- Attendance is compulsory at all courses. Students must maintain regular attendance in all classes. Minimum 75% of attendance is required. If the attendance falls below the required 75%, then the grades for the students will be linked with their attendance in the subject classes as per the Institute PGP rules.
- Leave of absence can be granted up to a maximum of 25%, i.e., 4 out of 20 lectures.
- Leave of absence due to medical reasons only can be granted up to a maximum of 15%, i.e., 2 out of 20 lectures. The student must produce hospitalization documents and a medical certificate from a registered medical officer.
- If attendance falls below75% then as per the PGP rule, the respective grading will be:

| <75% and>= 65% | Downgrading of 1 Grade from the actual grade received |
| <65% and>= 50% | Downgrading of 2 Grades from the actual grade received |
| Less than 50% | F-grade. Students shall be debarred from the exam. |
