Conveniently located near Hirakud Railway Station, Sambalpur City, and Jharsuguda Airport, it embodies Prof. Mahadeo Jaiswal's vision with its integration of Odisha's traditional IKAT art on its brick facade, showcasing the state's vibrant colors.
