Expert Lecture Session: Fundraising Insights with Vikrant Potnis
AIC–NIFIE, IIM Mumbai Incubator successfully conducted an engaging Expert Lecture Session on Fundraising Insights on Thursday, 12th February 2026, from 4:00 PM onwards in online mode.
The session featured Vikrant Potnis, Founder of FundEnable, Startup Fundraising Strategist, Angel Investor, and Ecosystem Builder, who shared deep, real-world insights from his extensive experience in fundraising transactions exceeding ₹500+ crores. Drawing from marquee fundraising journeys such as WorkIndia (₹97 Cr) and EMotorad (₹168 Cr), along with his investment and mentorship experience across the startup ecosystem, he provided participants with practical and actionable knowledge.
During the session, attendees gained:
- A real-world understanding of how fundraising works beyond pitch decks
- Insights into building long-term trust between founders and investors
- Practical strategies to prepare startups for investor conversations
- A clearer perspective on the investor mindset and expectations
