Managerial Decision-Making through System Simulation
The program is targetted towards the need of lower to middle level managers working in manufacturing as well as serive organisations (Government/PSUs/private sector etc.). It aims at sensitising the managers to develop a wholistic systems approch to problem solving which will stand them in good stead in the long run. The decision making coming out of the paradigm shift in problem solving approach will boost the organisational performance which ulimately benefits all its stakeholders. The program aims to provide the basic theoritical bulding blocks for this thought process and suitably supplement it with case studies and hands on exercises with help of related software tools.
