Terms of Reference of the Advisory Committee
- Act as a reviewing authority to address individual complaints related to discrimination and allegations concerning SC/ST/OBC/DAP categories within the institute.
- Ensure that victims and witnesses of discrimination or related complaints are not subjected to retaliation or further discrimination.
- Convene meetings as per the Committee’s convenience to deliberate on complaints and welfare matters.
- Submit confidential reports containing findings and recommendations to the Director.
- Conduct a bi-annual review to assess the status of SC/ST/OBC/DAP employees and resolve related issues, if any.
- Serve as an ongoing Committee until further orders are issued.
