Lean and Agile Supply Chain
The field of Supply Chain Management became a structured methodology in India since early 1990s. Since then it has been gaining popularity among both practitioners and Academia alike. However, since the last 8-10 years, it has seen tremendous disruption. This was either due to technological advancements or Government initiatives or recently the COVID-19 pandemic. These disruptions have time and again proved the importance of leanness and agility in Supply Chain Management. This program aims to provide best practices for developing and maintaining a lean and agile supply chain across the organizations.
