Programme Overview
The One-Year Post Graduate Program for Executives (MBA-PGPEx) at IIM Mumbai is a full-time residential program which aims to empower mid-level executives to accelerate their career growth and transition into mid-managerial leadership roles across various industry sectors. It combines advanced management insight with a strong technical foundation. Beyond classroom learning, it offers rich experiential opportunities—live case studies, seminars, and group discussions—to spark innovation and strategic thinking. The program empowers industry professionals to become dynamic leaders while instilling enduring values that shape them into responsible global citizens.
The curriculum is structured to provide a comprehensive foundation in all facets of general management, including operations, supply chain, organizational behaviour and human resources (OBHR), marketing, finance, data science, and business sustainability. In the third module, students can choose to specialize in a specific management domain, gaining in-depth exposure to core courses and a selection of electives tailored to their interests Upon completion of the program, participants will be conferred the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
