Gestated with the endeavor to expedite holistic personality development through an absorbed emphasis on soft-skills; ‘Just Talk’ is the foremost medium to learn & enhance effective communication & presentation skills at IIM Mumbai. Through a plethora of activities including impromptu speech contests, group discussions, debates, etc., Just Talk is effectively mentoring ‘IIM Mumbai’ into future ‘managers’!
The primary activities of Just Talk include organizing group discussions, mock interviews and ‘gyan’ sessions. Through mock group discussions and personal interviews, valuable feedbacks are given to the students which help them recognize their strengths and weaknesses and prepare accordingly. In ‘gyan’ sessions, senior batch members share their experiences and knowledge with the first year students. The sessions are marked by mass participation and tremendous response. As the placement process commences, actual GD and interview experiences from the students are recorded for future references. Team Just Talk comprises of 13 members both from the senior and junior batches.
