  • Designed Logistics Centers (LCMLs) to optimize freight efficiency and supply chain integration.
  • Conducted Gap Analysis, benchmarking Indian logistics against global best practices.
  • Formulated strategies for Smart Warehousing, Multi-modal Corridors, and Digital Logistics.
  • Led a feasibility study on transport technologies across rail, road, waterways, and air cargo.
  1. CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
  • Led the development of the CoE in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, driving research, capacity building, and industry partnerships to enhance India’s logistics ecosystem.
  • Designed certificate and executive education programs (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) to upskill professionals across ports, shipping, aviation, railways, inland waterways, and e-commerce.
  • Developed the operational framework and governance model, collaborating with industry leaders and academia, and prepared the financial and infrastructure plan for a 7,600 sq. ft. CoE, ensuring future-ready hybrid learning and research excellence

      3. CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Established the Knowledge Management Centre of Excellence (KM-CoE) with a state-of-the-art KM Laboratory, advanced IT infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
  • Developed a KM Working Model integrating People, Process, Technology, and Knowledge Resources to enhance learning, decision-making, and innovation.
  • Designed and delivered Certified Training Programs, fostering KM capabilities among professionals and industry practitioners.
  • Published research on KM Best Practices, organised seminars and conferences, and strengthened industry-academia linkages to position KM-CoE as a hub for excellence.
  1. SCIENTIFIC MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT
  • Established a condition monitoring lab to support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), integrating prescriptive, predictive, and descriptive techniques to enhance industrial maintenance efficiency.
