Candidates must be Indian nationals.
Candidates must have successfully completed 10+2 / Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent from a recognized board or institution in India.
The candidate must have studied Mathematics & Physics as a compulsory subjects at the 10+2 level.
Minimum Marks Requirement:
- General / EWS / NC-OBC categories: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent.
- SC / ST / PwD categories: Minimum 55% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent.
The percentage of marks obtained will be calculated based on the board’s rules. In case of CGPA, the equivalence certified by the board/institution will be considered. If no conversion is available, IIM Mumbai will convert CGPA into percentage using the formula: Percentage = CGPA × 9.5
Candidate should have been born on or after August 01, 2006 (5 years of relaxation to the candidates from SC/ST/PwD category will be given i.e. born on or after August 01, 2001).
A candidate appearing for the class 10+2 examination is required to submit the 10+2 marksheets by June 30, 2026, in the IIM Mumbai admission portal.
Failure to meet eligibility requirements will lead to automatic cancellation of admission.
