🌟 Announcing the Successful Completion of the 6-Month Certificate Course in Shipping Logistics and Supply Chain Management! 🌟
We are thrilled to share the successful conclusion of our six-month Certificate Course on Shipping Logistics and Supply Chain Management, jointly conducted by IIM Mumbai and the Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India (FFFAI).
This unique program was designed to equip participants with both theoretical and practical skills essential for excelling in today’s fast-evolving logistics and supply chain landscape. Led by esteemed faculty from IIM Mumbai and industry experts from FFFAI, the course blended foundational knowledge with hands-on learning.
Our IIM Mumbai faculty members—including Prof. Ravindra Gokhale, Prof. Priyanka Verma, Prof. Sushmita Narayana, Prof. Hema Date, Prof. Veepan Kumar, Prof. Amit Kumar Das, Prof. Maheswar S. Mahapatra, Prof. Padmanav Acharya, Prof. Ajaya K. Panda, Prof. M. Venkateshwarlu, and Prof. Vijay K. Manupati—provided a strong foundation in core concepts, while industry experts from FFFAI shared real-world insights that gave participants practical exposure to real-life logistics challenges.
The well-rounded curriculum included personal assignments, group projects, and an immersive field visit that offered firsthand exposure to port operations, logistics challenges, and sustainable practices.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Director of IIM Mumbai, for his visionary leadership, which made this initiative a success. The program was successfully coordinated by Prof. Hema Date and Prof. Priyanka Verma from IIM Mumbai along with Prof. Pramod Sant, Mr. Dushyant Mulani and Dr. Nirav Thakker from FFFAI.
