Ms. Ruma Kishore has been appointed as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Titan Company Limited, one of India’s most iconic and admired corporations, effective July 1, 2026. This appointment marks a significant milestone in an already illustrious career and reflects the highest calibre of leadership that Ms. Kishore embodies.
A trailblazing digital transformation leader with over 28 years of international experience bridging business strategy and technology, Ms. Kishore has led award-winning transformation initiatives for global organisations — driving operational excellence and delivering outcomes that endure. Her most recent role at Unilever was as Director – Digital Transformation & Customer Experience, where she spearheaded large-scale programmes across 190 countries, including leadership responsibilities in Europe SAP and Strategy to Cash.
Named among India’s top women IT leaders by both the Economic Times and the Indian Express, Ms. Kishore holds a place of special distinction in IIM Mumbai’s history as the Institute’s first-ever female Distinguished Alumna. She currently serves as a Member of the Institute’s Board of Governors, where she continues to contribute her vision and expertise to shaping the institution’s strategic direction.
